Abstract: 

Abstract Intuition is one of the characteristics of entrepreneurs and an important factor in the decision-making processes of entrepreneurs. In recent years, at the same time as the development of entrepreneurship as an interdisciplinary science, intuition and providing different definitions of it have not been noticed by researchers and researchers in this field, and many researches have not been written in this field. This is despite the fact that in other fields of humanities, especially management (with which entrepreneurship is closely related), basic sciences and even medical sciences, there is a suitable background and theoretical literature about this. On the other hand, it seems that the theoretical and epistemological foundations of this concept have not been researched as much as necessary in the few researches that have been conducted, and very little research has been done in this field. In this article, firstly, the definitions and researches about intuition are reviewed, and secondly, the little researches that have been done in entrepreneurship and its relationship with other sciences are discussed.

Abstract: 

Education is a continually developing activity, it shapes the way an individual develops their attitudes, thoughts and behavior. Education is not just about being literate but it is an overall development of the person in every aspect of their lives. A society's Educational system can be greatly linked to its culture as the culture that one is in have an affect on the type of curriculum the institutions will develop in order to cater to every individual of that particular culture. Education moulds and shapes a society and it is influenced by the culture of the particular country or society. The Educational system acts as a point of reference for the society's needs and demands. The principles that dominate this article is culture and Education are interrelated and interconnected. Every Educational paradigm is influenced by the culture of the society in which it operates. This essay underlines the extensive connection between culture and Education. As a result, the goal of this essay is to depict these features from a Philosophical-Psychological Approach.

Abstract: 

Knowing the components of economic Education provides the dynamic background of Education in this field. The aim of the current research is to investigate the indicators and components of the economic Education curriculum. The approach of the current research is qualitative and its method is research synthesis. The research community is all the articles (211 articles) that have been presented from 1390 to 1401 AD and from 2010 to 2022 AD regarding economic Education in curricula. The sample of the research is 32 articles, which were selected based on thematic monitoring, theoretical data saturation, and purposefully. The research data were collected from the qualitative analysis of the studied articles. By analyzing the data, the dimensions of vitality in the curriculum of the elementary school in 4 factors and 55 categories including the dimension of individual factors (including indicators and components related to personality characteristics); The dimension of culture and economic ethics (economic fields in the society); The dimension of economic concepts and knowledge (indices in economic Education) and the dimension of collective and communication concepts (communication and interaction indicators in Education) were classified. Economic Education is dependent on internal and external components in Educational systems, which requires macro-planning in this field.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Academic faculty members need to emphasize ethical principles in order to improve higher Education, with the understanding of this importance, the current research was conducted with the aim of Designing the ethical model of academic faculty members in Iran's higher Education. Material & Methods: This research is a type of qualitative study that uses foundational data theory. The participants, including experts and faculty members of the country's public universities, who were responsible for the promotion of academic members, were selected as key informants through a targeted sampling method of 45 people. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were obtained from the two methods of reviewing the participants and recoding by experts. Data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding. Results: The results showed that the moral model of faculty members in Iran's higher Education is explained in 10 main categories and 27 subcategories. Major and core categories in the form of 6 dimensions of causal conditions including (individual factors, organizational factors), core (cultural-Educational, Educational ethics, research ethics, scientific-executive), background conditions (higher Education policies, moral activism), intervening conditions (environmental factors), strategies (micro level-university, macro level-higher Education) and consequences (individual and organizational) were elevated to a higher abstract level and finally the research paradigm model was presented. Conclusion: The regulations for the promotion of academic staff members in Iran require a detailed revision of the content with an ethical and qualitative approach in order to make the indicators of the promotion regulations efficient and effective.

Abstract: 

Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is one of the most successful techniques of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and is mostly in use for the treatment of infertility with male factors. In this method, before injecting sperm into the intracytoplasmic of the oocyte, cumulus cells around the oocyte must be stripped to facilitate the injection process. To achieve this, both enzymatic and mechanical methods are used in embryological laboratories for denudation, which has major deficiencies, including the possibility of damaging the oocyte prior to the injection process. In this research, a microfluidic-based device is introduced for the separation of cumulus cells around the oocyte with minimum manual operations. The results prove high efficiency, and non-destructive denudation of the oocyte with the reduced amount of culture medium leads to the low-cost preparation process of oocytes. The process can also be integrated with ICSI chips under development and will be reported shortly.

Abstract: 

Collaborative architecture is considered as a strategic and contentious subject in the success of today’s architecture. As we know, a group does not only act as a set of people, but also goes beyond the sum of people’s abilities in some way. In such Design, the building is the gradual expansion in Design being beyond a single building, and it contains the social communications and the group of people who deal with Design process. The purpose of this article is moving in the course of basic principles of thought in collaborative Design. On the basis of such approach, this paper, studies the concept of group and team work in architecture so that recognizing collaborative Design steps, we accompanied with a group of students in a student team Design and defined their weak and strong points of movement in different steps.According to the importance of participatory architecture in the current age, the impacts of trainings for applying this activity are studied in the students. In order to study the training effects in increasing teamwork quality among the students, Isfahan art university students have been tested. This test has been done as two-hour sketches in groups of five people. This test had been in the research method in Univariant Hypothesis Test and according to the independency of the groups and equivalence of their variance in the society as students’t test (single variable test) for independent groups. These tests included a pre test done in ignorance. The students became familiar with teamwork and then a post test has been taken by the given students after their training course and explaining team work for them, the test results have been studied in this article.

Abstract: 

Children’ s products should be Designed according to their age characteristics and culture and provide them with the opportunities to learn, explore and experiment. These products should also enhance children’ s creativity, imagination, manual and mental dexterity. Regarding to the important role of products in elevating children’ s life quality, industrial Designers could take an active role in child-related industry if they were educated in this field of Design and learned how to Design for children based on requirements and standards. Child-oriented Design is one of the different fields in industrial Design that can be taught at universities. This paper Studies the importance of child-oriented Design Education at universities (industrial Design faculties). In this research the data were collected from four different sources. First, the title of all dissertations submitted in industrial Design faculties during the last 6 years, were checked. Second, a total of 20 toy sellers were interviewed and their opinions about children’ s product were recorded. Third, the questionnaires were sent to 24 managers or top executives in children’ s product Design companies and the rest of data were gathered through web-based questionnaires from industrial Design professors. The research findings showed that a significant number of industrial Design students, both undergraduate and postgraduate, are interested in Designing for children. According to the survey of dissertation titles, 22 percent of undergraduate students and 24 percent of master students have chosen child-oriented Design titles among the various field of industrial Design without any prior Education. Moreover, all toy sellers interviewed expressed that children and their parents prefer to buy imported products due to their variation and also their qualities. The sellers also said they are not eager to sell Iranian products as they cannot attract their consumers. In addition, the industry survey revealed that more than 95 percent of managers are not familiar with Design process as their majors are not related to Design or even some of them do not have university Education. 20 percent of these companies do not have Design sectors and 64 percent of the rest do not have Design experts in their Design sectors. Although about 55 percent of managers claimed that their products have been fully Designed in their companies, there are some examples of products that have been fully or partly copied the concept of some other products. On the whole, there are severe shortcomings in child-related industries, mostly because of the absence of child-oriented Design experts. Findings also indicated that industrial Design professors believe that child-oriented Education can bring significant benefits to child-related industries and flourish Iran’ s local market. They think that our products cannot be successful in local market firstly because of their bad qualities and secondly due to their low quantities. They also argued that inaugurating a new elective course with the title of Designing for children in undergraduate industrial Design program is the first step to start child-oriented Design Education according to the current condition of universities in Iran.
